For anything about cooldowns or attempt counts, follow the wait time shown on the platform's own screen — the official figure is what counts; we don't put fixed hours here. If you've tried everything and you're still stuck, go through human support / an appeal instead of hammering the retry button. And to be clear: this site only helps you get your own face through the check. We have nothing to do with "passing the face check for you" or "bypassing liveness" — that's a scam, and it gets accounts banned outright. Stay away from services like that.
How to use this diagnosis
First figure out where you're stuck: are you never even reaching the camera screen (usually the camera or a permission), or do you get in but never pass (usually lighting, your movements, or info that doesn't line up)? Pick the option that's closest, work through the fixes one at a time, and you'll clear most cases. If it still won't go, don't keep mashing retry — too many quick retries can trigger a wait or cooldown and just slow you down.
