How we handle corrections
Everything on this site is written and checked by hand, one article at a time — which means the odd mistake slips through, and on top of that Binance keeps changing its fees, limits, and document policies. If you spot a fact, a number, or a link that's wrong or out of date, write to us: [email protected]. We'll check it, and if it genuinely needs fixing, we fix it. The more significant corrections get logged below, with roughly when it happened and what actually changed — so you can tell which version of the content you're looking at.
We don't quietly edit things and pretend nothing happened. That said, let's be honest: typos, layout tweaks, and small link fixes don't each earn an entry, or this page would drown in noise. What you'll find here are the substantive corrections — the ones that could change a decision you make.

Softened the wording on review times and limits, which go stale fast

A few of our early articles stated review times and per-tier limits in fairly absolute terms (things like "usually clears in a few minutes" or a specific dollar cap). Those numbers move with your region, current policy, and your own account — so pinning them down in print does more harm than good. We reworked that language to be descriptive, with a note to go by whatever Binance's page shows at the time, and dropped the hard figures that date quickly.
Added a "check Binance's verification page" note across the by-country document sections

The by-country document sections read a little too much like an official "these documents work" list, and we didn't want readers taking them that way. We added a consistent note to that content: which documents are accepted is whatever Binance's verification page shows — confirm what's supported in your own region. What we put together is a sense of direction, not an official roster; whether something actually works for where you are still needs checking on Binance's own page.
Removed unsupported invite-benefit wording and limited links by page intent
Early launch · June 2026
A July 2026 review found that the previous fixed invite-benefit and fee-difference wording lacked current evidence. Those promises have been removed. Promotional links now remain only on a small number of registration-decision pages, with adjacent disclosure of commission, independent status, region, eligibility, and risk. The homepage, navigation, footer, tools, and informational pages now use on-site guide links or no promotional link.
