Whether you pass, and where you get stuck, comes down to Binance's real review inside your own account.
Check your region, and follow your local law
Before you register, confirm that Binance is actually available where you live, and make sure using it fits the rules of your own jurisdiction. If your region is restricted or unsupported, don't sign up, and don't reach for a VPN, a fake address, or someone else's documents to slip past a restriction. Working around geographic or regulatory limits breaks Binance's terms, can get your account frozen or your funds locked, and can put you on the wrong side of your local law. This guide is written for people who are eligible where they are — deciding whether that includes you is on you.
Verification must be done by you — we are against proxies
KYC can only be completed with your own genuine documents, by you. We are firmly against any "proxy verification / guaranteed pass / buying accounts / renting accounts" — that kind of thing breaks Binance's rules, can get you banned, and is a hotbed for fraud and account theft. This site offers, recommends, and connects to no proxy service of any kind. Anyone offering to do it in our name is a fake.
